Hiawatha March Break Eco-Camp
March 14th, 2007
Approximately 20 local children between the ages of 7 & 11 took part in an Eco-Camp during the March break that was organized by Hiawatha Highlands. These photos are of the kids playing "Red Rover", a game of dodge ball, and going showshoeing during a sunny afternoon. Other activities through the week have included cross country skiing, eco-activities, outdoor survival, more games, and a campfire cookout.

AT THE REQUEST OF HIAWATHA HIGHLANDS THIS PHOTO GALLERY HAS BEEN REMOVED.
Hiawatha Highlands had received a signed release from the parents of children that were in the photos on this page. The release was for photos that related to promotional material. SaultEvents.com and Townies Magazine were invited to provide photography services for Hiawatha and attended the eco-camp. As a result we created this photo gallery, and a few photos were published in an issue of Townies magazine that featured the Hiawatha Highlands. Hiawatha Highlands was contacted by a parent of one of the children shown in approximately a half dozen of these pictures after this gallery went up. The parent requested the gallery be removed. The parent has not contacted SaultEvents.com directly. We opted to blur the face of this child so they could not be recognized, but this was not enough for this one parent. To avoid aggravation, we have removed the entire gallery from the view of the general public, at the request of Hiawatha Highlands. If you or your child was shown in this gallery and you'd like to see the pictures please use our contact form and drop us a note advising who you are, and provide a description of you or your child, we can then provide you a link to get to the photo gallery. Sorry for any inconvenience to all those other children, parents, and friends of those that did enjoy seeing their photos in this gallery.
